Short Post 2: Working Out.

I try to tell myself that I work out in order to be more healthy and reduce my risk of certain illnesses and diseases. But after a few days, I actually expect to see results and expect myself to have either lost a few pounds or a few inches. I try to tell myself these expectations are not realistic in any way and that they are not the point. Yet, it still happens and it is still disappointing. Every time.
