This book is great! It has a ton of great tips/ideas and the chapters are really short which makes it easy to read and keeps it interesting. The end of each chapter features three life tips about eating, moving or sleeping and the chapter describes the reason for the tips – which includes research that was done, studies that was done or why it just makes sense. I didn’t think of this books as a “do this” type of book but more of a “here are some thoughts to consider” type of book. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve their life by taking little steps at a time. This book makes a lot of sense and is good motivation to make some small changes that can lead to big results.
