Book Review: Small Space Organizing by Kathryn Bechen

small space

This book was alright. It has some interesting ideas but of course most of them can’t be applied to my own home – she tries to touch on a lot of different situations/scenarios so I did pick up a few tips here and there but most of it didn’t really apply. The thing that I did like about the book was the idea that even though you might live in a small space, it can still be used to host/entertain guests and it should still be a space that you can enjoy and love. The chapter I really disagreed with was the one on Laundry Rooms and Libraries but maybe it’s really more of a personal preference. I don’t think laundry should be as complicated as she made it and nor do I think housing hundreds of books in a small space is necessary (and I LOVE reading). Anyways, overall, it was an okay book.
