This book was great – it isn’t about weight loss in general but is instead the very personal story of the author and her weight loss journey. It explains how her relationship with food started and details her childhood which had a big influence on her life. Eventually she reaches nearly 300 pounds and decides to take action, this book chronicles her weight loss journey and what happened when she reached her ideal weight. It’s an amazing true story that I would recommend.
