Book Review: In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan

Great book – very interesting; it gives the history and background of food/eating before going into recommendations. Very well written and enjoyable. It is basically summed up as “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.” There is a lot of confusion when it comes to food and what is healthy and nutritious and what is not and this book helps to clarify all of that.
